Return, Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Policy describes how Vestinare by Archies Creation, Achieve Garment (“we,” “us,” or “our”) prioritizes your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Our comprehensive return and refund policy are designed to address various scenarios.

  1. Return Policy
    • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
      • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for any defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
      • Refund or Replacement can be made once our customers establish that the quality of product delivered was not good. Kindly provide order details and product images when reporting an issue.
    • Product Condition :Maintain the product in an unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and saleable condition until the issue is resolved. Resolution of complaints is at our sole discretion.
    • Online vs. In-Studio Purchases: Products purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. In-store purchases are considered final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once processed, except for errors in size, colour, or quantity, which can be amended via email before processing. You can write to [email protected] We allow amendments to size, colour, or quantity if the order is not processed. Product amendments need to be of the same value or higher.
    • Policy Changes: This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please review it before placing an order.
  1. Refund Policy
    • 7-Days Return Window:
      • Initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
      • Eligible items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
    • Damages and Issues:
      • Inspect your order upon receipt. Immediately contact us for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
      • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
      • We offer free returns if any product you receive is defective or in damaged condition. Exchange or refund requests shall be processed within 14 days from delivery.
    • Exchanges: The quickest way to receive the desired item is to return the original in its proper condition, and then initiate a separate purchase.
    • Refunds: Refund notification will be sent post inspection and shall be processed to the original payment method. COD refunds require accurate bank details. In case of any Refunds approved by us, it will be processed within 14 days to the end customer.
  1. Cancellations and Returns
    • Pre-Shipment Cancellations:
      • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Non-Ready to Ship products can be cancelled within 24 hours.
      • Please note that cancellation for Ready-To-Ship products is not allowed due to order fulfilment. Once orders are communicated to our vendors and/or merchants and they initiate the shipping process, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
    • Cancellations After 24 Hours: Cancellations requested after 24 hours will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If eligible, refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit, valid for 90 days from the date of cancellation.
    • Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of delayed orders due to unforeseen circumstances, customers have the option to receive Store Credit or a refund.
    • Missed Details During Order: Customers will be contacted via email for any missing details in their orders. Non-responsive orders will be cancelled, and Store Credits will be issued accordingly.
  2. Returns After Order Delivered
    If you receive damaged, defective items, or the product is not as described on the site or per your expectations, please report the issue to us immediately. The request will be processed after our team has assessed and verified the issue.
    • Reporting Issues: Report any issues with your order within 48 hours of receipt. This includes damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days, except under specific conditions that will be determined and at our sole discretion.
    • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as sale items, made-to-order, customized, or items with slight colour variations may not be eligible for return. Please note that colours may vary due to differences in screen resolution.
    • Return Procedure: Upon receiving a confirmation email from us, please proceed to ship the products back to us with their original packaging and tags within 48 hours.
    • Post-Return Inspection: Our team will carefully inspect the returned items and provide appropriate solutions, which may include replacement, store credits, or refunds. For all Returns, Exchanges, Replacement and Refund cases, we reserve the right to modify or change the above clauses on a case-by-case basis considering the nature and value of our products. Terms and Conditions, as stated on the website, should also be read alongside this policy.
