  1. Order Processing and Dispatch:
    • All products are dispatched from Mumbai within 15 days of placing the order.
    • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
  1. Delivery Timeline:
    • The standard delivery timeline is estimated to be 15-20 days, which might vary as per the shipping destination. A standard estimated delivery date will be provided to users in the order confirmation email.
    • Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding national or declared holidays.
    • The estimated delivery time varies depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partners.
    • For international orders, shipping and delivery timings may vary based on the policies of our courier partners and the working hours of the destination country.
    • For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
  1. Multiple Products and Addresses:
    • Efforts will be made to ship multiple products together, but this may not always be possible.
    • Each shipping address is treated as a separate order.
    • We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses.
  1. Address Changes and Modifications:
    • Orders once confirmed cannot be edited or modified.
    • Address change requests are accepted within 7 days or prior to shipping, whichever is earlier.
  1. Delivery Attempts and Responsibility for Delivery Delays:
    • Courier partners will make delivery attempts as per the terms of delivery of our respective logistic partner.
    • Non-delivery will be communicated to us, and we will take proactive steps to address the issue.
    • ‘Vestinare’ is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within a specified time frame from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  1. Product Availability and Communication:
    • In case of product unavailability or delays, we will communicate with users within 3 working days.
    • Users will be provided with a tracking number for their order upon order dispatch.
  1. Domestic Shipping:
    • We provide free shipping for all orders within India.
    • For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
    • Customs duties or taxes are borne by us for all orders shipped within India.
  1. Confirmation of Delivery
    • Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
    • Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified during registration or order placement.
